Terms & Conditions

  1. The customer shall be eligible for a bonus depending on the amount of PAYGO consumption during a 30 day period. This bonus shall be available the following month after the 30 day period elapse.

     

  2. There are 5 levels of PAYGO consumption as illustrated above;
  3. P100 – P199
  4. P200 – P399
  5. P400 – 599
  6. P600 – 799
  7. More than P800
  8. The bonus shall be available for activation post the 30 day period
  9. Each PAYGO consumption level provides specific bonus benefit options as illustrated above;
  10. The Customer shall be offered two options in terms of bonus;
  11. Voice only bonus
    • Bua Le Nna (Unlimited on net) plus cross net minutes
  12. A data bonus
  13. The customer shall be allowed to redeem/activate ONLY 1 of the 2 bonus options offered
  14. Each bonus shall have a validity period as illustrated above
