Currently, when customers access/browse the internet with no active bundles, they are charged P0.99/MB from main balance. This is called Pay As You Go (PAYGO) This option allows Prepaid customers to browse the internet without any active data bundles while being charged from their main balance. When a customer has both an active bundle and main balance, they will first be charged from the bundle. After bundle depletion, the customer will be charged from the main balance using the standard PAYGO rate, P0.99/MB
Deactivating PAYGO means you don’t want to be charged from main balance for browsing data. Your internet browsing will only be charged from active data bundle. If you do not have an active bundle, you will not be able to browse the internet after deactivating PAYGO.
NOTE: Customer will still not be not be able to browse internet when there is no active bundle and no main balance, whether PAYGO is active or not active
When PAYGO is activated, always have an active data bundle to avoid missing out on internet experience. Dial *148# to select from the array of available prepaid data bundles.
