How do I reset the Flybox in the event of a problem?

Note: Resetting your Flybox will cause you to lose any changes you have made (WiFi security code, admin password, etc.).

To reset the Flybox you have 2 options.

To reset your Flybox:

Press the Reset button located on the back of the Flybox using a paperclip or thin pencil and hold for 5 or 6 seconds.
Release the button.
The LEDs will turn off and on again.

Note: The Flybox must remain plugged into the power supply during this step.

Prerequisites: You must be connected to the administration interface of the Flybox.

1. Access the system settings of the interface

From the homepage of the administration interface:
Select "Menu".
Select "Settings".

2. Click on "System"
3. To reset

Click on "Restore".

4. Select "Reset"
5. Confirming reset

Click on "OK" to confirm the reset.
The Flybox will restart.
