The customer hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the processing of his/her personal data provided on this website, including the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the customer’s personal data as defined in the Data Protection Act, 2018, as amended and other laws of Botswana, as applicable to the Company, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the customer’s participation in Orange Botswana and Orange Money’s products and services and also confirming that he/she is aware of the information referred to at Section 18 of the Data Protection Act.
