How do I check my balance?

You must first of all have downloaded the Orange Yame application.

1. Launch the Orange Yame app and, if required, identify yourself using your Orange mobile number
2. From the homepage, click on "Check balance"

1. Go to http://yame.orange.co.bw/

1. Enter *121# from your mobile.
2. In the menu enter the number corresponding to the selection "Option 5, Selfcare -> Option 1, Balance check and top up".
3. Your consumption details will then be displayed on the screen.
4. Then select the consumption details of your choice, depending on your prefered option (airtime, minutes, SMS and data).

Enter *155# from your mobile and confirm by pressing Send/Yes/Ok.

Your current credit will then be immediately displayed directly on your screen.

Enter *101# from your mobile and confirm by pressing Send/Yes/Ok and then all your balance will be displayed.
