If you have a new SIM card, it must be activated in order to be able to access the network.
Note: This activation procedure only applies if you have a mobile contract. It is not necessary if you have a prepaid offer.
The SIM has to be registered within 14 days for it to continue functioning, if not registered, the service will be suspended and calls initiated will be routed to 123 helpline for a SIM registration.
If you have subscribed to any offer at an Orange shop, your SIM card will normally have already been activated at the shop.
The default PIN code is 0000.
Note : If your mobile does not have any signal, we recommend that you switch it off and back on again.
