Use then the standard process of sim swap in Orange shop or at any authorized dealer. Your secret code and your balance will remain unchanged. Your account will be protected at all times by your secret code to prevent fraudulent usage. Please do not share your secret code. Keep it confidential. It is under your entire and sole responsibility
