Composed of 4 figures, the PIN code (Personal Identification Number) is the access code for your SIM card, and therefore to the Orange network.
You must enter this code every time you turn on your mobile.
As your PIN code is secret, it is displayed on the screen in the form of aesterisks (*) or other symbols.
The PUK code (Personal Unlock Key) is composed of 8 figures and is used to unblock your SIM card if you have entered an incorrect PIN 3 times in a row.
You will find the PIN and PUK codes written on the card to which your SIM card was attached.
