    Opening an Orange Money account is free. You are entitled to one Orange Money account even if you have multiple Orange phone numbers. To open your Orange Money account: - Visit our Orange branches or our authorized Orange Money distributors. - Provide identification: For nationals: National identity card / Passport / driving license For foreigners: Passport / refugee card or residence permit / national card or professional card for uniform bearers . How to know that your account is active? You will receive an SMS confirming the activation of your Orange Money account following your subscription. How to protect your Orange Money account? your Orange Money account is protected by a four (4) digit secret code, your initial code is "0000", this code must be changed before the first use of your account, to change the initial secret code, dial #150#61#.

    • Schedule of Directors • Certificate of Incorporation • Resolution in requesting to open an Orange account and stating payment responsibility and signatory • Omang / ID (Valid Passport for Non-Citizen) of Director or Signatory • Valid Work + Residents Permits (Non-Citizens) of Director or Signatory • Utility bill / Copy of Lease • Recent 3 months bank statement / Annual Report
