Call divert enables you to transfer calls from your caller to a landline or mobile of your choice.
You can configure the transfers in your mobile phone by entering specific codes for each type of transfer, with each type of transfer and service having its own code.
In some cases when you don't seem to be receiving calls, it is a good idea to check if the call divert function has been activated.
There are 4 types of call diverts.
Activate voice call divert: Enter the following key sequence: **61* [Divert Number ] *11# followed by the "Call" key
Check the status of a call divert: Enter the following key sequence: *#61# followed by the "Call" key
Deactivate a call divert: Enter the following key sequence: ##61# followed by the "Call" key
For all types of transfer:
Deactivate all call divert: Enter the following key sequence: ##002# followed by the "Call" key
Activate a voice call divert: Enter the following key sequence: **62* [Divert Number ] *11# followed by the "Call" key
Check the status of a call divert: Enter the following key sequence: *#62# followed by the "Call" key
For all types of transfer:
Deactivate all call divert: Enter the following key sequence: ##002# followed by the "Call" key
Activate a voice call divert: Enter the following key sequence: **67* [Divert number ] *11# followed by the "Call" key
Check the status of a call divert: Enter the following key sequence: *#67# followed by the "Call" key

Activate a voice call divert: Enter the following key sequence: **21* [Divert Number] *11# followed by the "Call" key
