Commercial Sales and Digital Support Coordinator

To support the retail, Indirect Sales, all commercial frontliners on by preparing an annual sales animations & merchandising plan within the sales department. To coordinate all forms of sales animations & merchandising products in the sales activities. Develop animations and group challenges for sales teams. Coordinate the Commercial department internal communication and digital platforms.



The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support the sales team with any sales animation activity and branding materials campaign, while respecting the sales & marketing strategy lines and taking into account the cost/result approach
  • Define, organize, manage and coordinate the distribution chain of merchandising and POS materials and assist the logistics team
  • Collaborate with the communications agencies and directly with some suppliers/providers on all the sales animations & merchandising activities
  • Provide accurate information on Orange's merchandising products and animation activities portfolio
  • Provide periodic reporting
  • Key contact point for Group in regards to commercial challenges
  • Develop animations and group challenges for sales teams.
  • Coordinate the Commercial department internal communication and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate the annual massive week long consumer fair and the sales team
  • Coordinate the new site launches activities where new GSM site networks are officially handed over to the rural communities
  • Coordinate sales animations activities at Orange retail shops that are not performing well or struggling to reach monthly targets
  • Coordinate animation activities at shops, partner service points, B2B support around the country educating customers and alerting them of the availability of orange products and services at the service points.
  • Coordinate and drive usage & support of our digital platforms (Right Q, Plazza, etc)
  • Generate a fortnightly report on status of sales merchandise at warehouse
  • Developing, managing, animating the editorial communication line for the commercial department
  • Conceptualizing and implementing a digital transformational plan for the commercial team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales and or Business related 
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales or distribution/ retail/ Corporate environment, including Digital innovation (Telecommunications’ experience would be an advantage)
