Offer details

Hybrid Pro is a contractual offer targeted at Small to Medium Enterprises. The offer will provide the SME customer with a monthly allowance for their mobile needs and in addition offer the customer with a loyalty incentive in the form of bonus bundle benefit. The bonus bundle shall be determined be determined by the customer’s level of consumption (customer’s usage from PAYGO in monetary terms) during one particular month.

Hybrid Pro Terms & Conditions

The offers are only available to Business customers.
Standard Contract Terms & Conditions shall apply to Hybrid Pro Contract.
The offers carries a P100 (VAT inclusive) monthly recurring fee
The offer shall provide Customers monthly airtime benefit as follows;
- P100 airtime
  - The airtime shall be enabled for all usage availed across the network
- P50 on net airtime
  - The airtime shall be enabled for Orange to Orange calls only
- P50 cross net airtime
  - The airtime shall be enabled for all voice usage.
The Customer shall be billed and invoiced on the 01^st of each month.
The monthly benefits shall be valid for 30 days in accordance with the Gregorian Calendar
Proration of the benefits & rental shall be applicable upon activation or termination of the contract.
The monetary credit packages specified above shall apply the following rating;
- P1.37 (Vat incl) per minute for on/cross net calls, the rate applies to Peak.
- P0.89 (Vat incl) per minute for on/off net calls, the rate applies to Off Peak times
The Hybrid Pro Customer shall be eligible for a bonus depending on the amount of consumption during a 30 day period
- There are 5 levels of consumption as illustrated above;
  - P200 – P299
  - P300 – P499
  - P500 – 699
  - P700 – 899
  - More than P900
The bonus shall be available for activation post the 30 day period (on the first day of each month)
Each PAYGO consumption level provides specific bonus benefit options as illustrated above;
The Customer shall be offered two options in terms of bonus;
- Voice only bonus (Bua Le Nna (Unlimited on net) plus cross net minutes)
- A data bonus
The customer shall be allowed to redeem/activate ONLY 1 of the 2 bonus options offered
Each bonus shall have a validity period as illustrated above
For Customers wishing to terminate their Hybrid Pro contract earlier than the contracted period, a 1 month formal notice is required from the customer.
- The Customer is required to settle any outstanding invoices prior to the stipulated termination date.
