Business Segmentation

We have arranged our customer base into 3 distinct account groups, with key Account Managers strategically allocated each of these areas to allow for great efficiency and understanding of each of our clients’ needs:

  • Large Accounts - These are segmented by industry, to allow for the provision of solutions that take into account the needs of various business types in various industries.
  • SME – which have been segmented by industry location allows the key account manager to better serve our clients located within the same zones
  • SOHO – these accounts are being services from the business to business wing and our selected branches to allow the ‘one man show’ to get all services needs no matter their location.
