How do you reactivate your line following theft or loss?

If your mobile is stolen, you must request a new SIM card:

  • At one of our Orange shops here
  • By contacting our call center helpline: 123 for guidance

SIM Replacement is not FREE of charge, you will pay BWP10 (Prepaid ) and BWP50 (Postpaid).

2/2 Reactivating your line

If you find your mobile after loss, you can reactivate your line.

Note: if you had already replaced the SIM, the old SIM card will no longer function.

    • Call 123 available 24*7 (toll free) from any Orange mobile while in Botswana
    • From abroad call +26 72 000 123 from any network (chargeable).
