How to recover your PIN code?

Unless you have changed it, the default PIN code is 0000.

If you have changed your PIN code but forgotten your new code, the operator will not be able to forward it to you as it is a secret code created by you alone.

You must then create a new PIN code by entering an incorrect PIN code 3 times in a row.

The SIM card will be automatically blocked after the 3rd attempt. To unblock it, you must enter the PUK code which will enable a new PIN code to be generated.

Note: It is avisable to write down your PIN and keep it safe incase you have forgotten.
