When you leave Botswana, for Postpaid customer, you have to request in writing for roaming to be activated on your account, once roaming have been activated, your mobile phone automatically seeks to establish a connection with the network of a local partner of Orange  Botswana.

Once connection has been established, you may not see the name "Orange" displayed on your screen but the name of the local operator.

Your mobile phone automatically selects the strongest available signal among the networks recommended by Orange Botswana.

 

You want to select another network yourself or you are unable to make a call using the recommended network?

If so, manually select another network via your mobile phone's menu.

For Android :

  • Go to "settings"
  • Select Connection
  • More networks
  • Mobile networks
  • Network operators.
