How do I unlock my mobile?

If you change operator, you may be required to unlock your mobile or tablet.

Here is what you have to do to check if your device's SIM card has been locked, and to obtain your personal unlocking key (PUK).

Your device can only be unlocked by the operator you bought it from.
So you must check that it is in fact an Orange device.

Note: The SIM cards of devices marketed by Orange have not been locked for many years now.

If your device is SIM locked (or you are not sure), please visit an Orange shop/ Point of sale near you to obtain the unlocking code.

No need to do anything - you can insert another operator's SIM card into your device.
