If you have manually selected a network when you were abroad, change to "automatic" mode on your return to be automatically connected to the Orange network.

Deactivation should be done upon return. How to proceed?

  • For prepaid account, customer has to dial *141*2# to deactivate the service.
  • For postpaid customers, they will have to write a letter and submit it at the nearest Orange Shop or just email the letter to customerservice@orange.com requesting for deactivation of roaming service from their account.

Orange Travel Pass Bundles are attached to a ‘Validity Period’. Unused minutes &  SMS or data within a bundle cannot be carried over/forwarded beyond the validity period. Where the bundles expire before the subscriber finishes them, the balance will be reset to 0 and will not be carried forward.
