I am abroad, but cannot connect to the internet. What should I do?

Conduct the following checks.

then enter the following information:

6. APN (access point name): internet.orange.co.bw

Check with your sales advisor that there are sufficient funds for internet service.

3/3 Prepaid SIM

Purchase airtime and credit your account if you will be roaming at  non Orange countries in Africa and France.
Otherwise dial *141# to purchase an Orange Travel pass if roaming at Orange Countries in Africa and France. Note that Orange Travel Pass is available to Prepaid customers only.
