How much will I pay if I receive a call or SMS when roaming?

Receiving an SMS or MMS is free of charge whenever you are roaming.
Roaming tarrifs for calls recieved in a specific zone will be applied. To view the details of the roaming price details click here.

I have an Orange Botswana SIM card. I am in South Africa and I call my father in Botswana. What happens?

The calls made from abroad will be deducted from your Main Balance and invoiced at roaming rates, which vary from one zone to another.

Unless you have other specific options, your call will be invoiced at international rates (call rates from abroad) and therefore invoiced separately  (not part of the contractual benefits).
You may purchase our Orange  Travel Pass option  in order to benefit from a lower rate suited to your needs according to your destination: calls from abroad will then be deducted from the minutes included in your  roaming option.
