I can't get any network signal on my mobile.

We suggest you carry out the following checks:

  • Check the period of validity of your SIM card (check that you haven't stayed more than 90 days without activity e.g. recharge, calling, sending SMS or using Data)
  • Check the zones covered by the Orange network here
  • Test the SIM in another phone
