If your Flybox is no longer connected to the internet, restart your Flybox and wait a few moments for connection to be re-established to the Orange network.

  1. Use the On/Off button to switch off your Flybox
  2. Unplug from the power supply
  3. Remove the SIM card from the Flybox and wait 30 seconds before re-inserting it
  4. Switch on your Flybox using the On/Off button and wait for the LEDs to stop flashing

First of all, check that you haven't run out of Flybox credit.

 

To do this:

  • Connect to the administration interface of your Flybox to check if you have received a notification.
  • Open your usual internet browser
  • Enter 192.168.1.1
  • Enter admin / Admin
  • Go to SMS
