How do I reset the Flybox in the event of a problem?
Note: Resetting your Flybox will cause you to lose any changes you have made (WiFi security code, admin password, etc.).
To reset the Flybox you have 2 options.

To reset your Flybox:
- Press the Reset button located on the back of the Flybox using a paperclip or thin pencil and hold for 5 or 6 seconds.
- Release the button.
- The LEDs will turn off and on again.
Note: The Flybox must remain plugged into the power supply during this step.

Prerequisites: You must be connected to the administration interface of the Flybox.
1. Access the system settings of the interface
- From the homepage of the administration interface:
- Select "Menu".
- Select "Settings".
2. Click on "System"
3. To reset
- Click on "Restore".
4. Select "Reset"
5. Confirming reset
- Click on "OK" to confirm the reset.
- The Flybox will restart.
