How to register after having purchased your Flybox ?

• dial 123 or 72000123 to register before your recharge

How to subscribe ?

To recharge via USSD *121#

1. Make sure you have sufficient airtime on your main balance.
2. Dial *121#
3. Then select option 2 to access the Bundles menu
4. Select option 2 for data bundles
5. Select option 7 for Prepaid Konnecta
6. Enter the 10-digit Konnecta number (starting with 89000...***)
7. Then select the bundles you want to buy and confirm transaction.

To recharge via Orange Money:

1. Make sure you have sufficient funds/balance on your Orange Money account.
2. Dial *145# from your mobile phone, go to option 2 for Orange Money transactions and input your secret code to proceed.
3. Select option 3 – prepaid services
4. Then go to option 7 Konnecta bundles
5. Select option 1 prepaid Konnecta bundles
6. Enter Konnecta number
7. Select option 2 – Konnecta Max Pro
8. Choose your bundle of choice and confirm transaction by entering your secret code.
