Typically, the customer's contract specifies a limit or "allowance" of monetary credits, Data Bundles, text messages etc., and the customer will be billed at a flat rate for any usage equal or less than the monthly rate/allowance. Any usage above that limit incurs extra charges. Theoretically, a user in this situation has no limit on use of mobile services and, as a consequence, unlimited credit. This service is better for people with a secured income.
The smartphone offer is a postpaid plan that is bundled with a device of your choice. Depending on the device required the customer may have to pay an upfront fee commensurate with the device chosen and the rate plan chosen. Just like any postpaid plan the customer will be credited with minutes, data and SMSes as per the rate plan chosen and any usage above this will be billed extra. Calls are not time restricted; they can be made anytime throughout the day and at any day of the week. The Device Plan offer will be available for customers who want to get a handset or a data device separate from service access. This plan can be taken along with any other available post-paid offer, including the SIM Only offer.
