All My Friends

• All My Friends bundles offer subscribers unlimited access to social media platforms with added benefits of voice and SMS
• Subscribers can choose any package according to their needs
• Only usage from the following platforms will be charged from the bundle:Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat
• This service is available to all Orange Prepaid customers
• Customers may only activate the All My Friends Bundles if they have sufficient airtime in their Orange airtime account
• To purchase the All My Friends, dial *121# from your mobile phone and choose the bundle you prefer from the options available.

 

• Validity:
  • 1 day:  expires after 24 hours from the time it was activated
  • 1 week: expires after 7 days from the time it was activated
  • 1 month: expires after 30 days from the time it was activated

 

1.1  InternetBundle

• Customers on All My Friends Bundles shall be able to generate uncapped data usage, however, a fair use value/threshold of 500MB (two hundred megabytes) will apply daily for the duration of the Validity Period.

 

• Should the Customer exhaust the 500MB fair use value on any day before the end of the Validity Period, the Customer’s usage will be capped for that day and customer will only be able to resume usage the next day and the All My Friends Fair Use Policy shall apply. The All My Friends Fair Use Policy is detailed in clause 1.5 below.

 

1.1.1 Unused Internetvalue does not carry-over.

• Upon expiration of the Validity Period, the Customer’s data/Internet usage shall be billed in terms of any data/Internet bundles loaded (if any) or according to the according to the standard out of bundle rates.

 

1.2 Voice

• Customers shall be able to make Orange to Orange calls as per the voice benefits of the bundle purchased.

 

• The voice calls apply to those made to any Orange number and originating from the Orange number, within Botswana.

 

• Upon depletion of voice benefits or expiration of the Validity Period,the Customer’s voice usage shall be billed according to the according to the standard out of bundle rates.

 

1.3 SMS

• Customers shall be able to send local SMS as per the SMS benefits of the bundle purchased.
• The SMSs apply to those sent to any local network and originating from the Orange number, within Botswana.

 

1.3.1 UnusedSMS value does not carry-over.

• Upon exhaustion of SMS benefits or expiration of the Validity Period,the Customer’s SMS usage shall be billed according to the according to the standard out of bundle rates.

 

1.4 The following services do not form part of the  All My Friends Bundles and will not be charged against the Customer’s  voice, SMSs or uncapped Internet value, but will be charged at the applicable out of bundle rates from the Customer’s recharge airtime (if available):

1. Local MMSs;
2. International Calls;
3. International SMSs;
4. International MMSs;
5. International Roaming voice transactions;
6. International Roaming SMS transactions;
7. International Roaming Internet transactions;
8. Mobile Applicable video calling (such as SKYPE)
9. Content purchases;
10. Local call forwarding or local call diverting. 

 

1.5 All My FriendsFair Use Policy

• All My Friends Fair Use Policy outlines the acceptable and/or unacceptable behavior of Customers utilizing the All My Friends Bundles.

 

• All My Friends Fair Use Policy allows Orange to maintain the quality and reliability of its network as well as to provide fair use of the Orange network to all Customers. Abuse of the All My Friends Fair Use Policy may impair on the Orange network and ability of other customers to enjoy the network.

 

• Orange reserves the right, in terms of the All My Friends Fair Use Policy, to take the necessary action to prevent improper, excessive or abusive use of the All My Friends Bundles. Such action includes but is not limited to capping of customer’s usage
