For the customer who prefers to enjoy the simplicity of calling now and paying later Orange has designed specific packages. Enjoy peace of mind with regular fixed payments and plans to suit your calling needs

With Postpaid, you call now and pay later. At the end of the month, you pay a fixed monthly subscription and receive a monthly bill detailing your phone charges. You can pay for your bill by direct debit, or at an Orange shop.

The postpaid package is divided into categories

• Packages which include free calling minutes termed "Orange with Bundled Minutes"
• Packages which include free calling minutes termed "Orange without Bundled Minutes"

Extra Services

For the postpaid client, there are additional services available.

• Credit Limit: You can fix your credit limit, in Pula, on your line. Once you reach this limit your SIM card will be barred from making outgoing calls.
• Closed user group:Corporates that are payment responsible and have a minimum of 5 lines can form groups and call members within the same group at cheaper tariffs.
• Family and friends: Choose up to choose up to 4 Orange numbers and receive up to 50% discount when calling those numbers.
• Fax and Data: Connection P50, Monthly fee P30
• HSCSD: Up to 42 kbits/second, connection P100 and Monthly fee P75
• Itemised Billing: Detailing all calls made during the billing period, monthly fee P7.00.
• Barring Incoming Calls: When Roaming- from receiving any calls while roaming, monthly fee P10.00 (All options are available with any plan)

Getting Started

If you already own a mobile phone and would like to get started on a Post paid payment plan, you will need to pay a connection fee of P90 and a sim Card of P50. Thereafter you will need to come with the following:

Individual: Deposit - P300

Documentation required:

• 1 utility bill (BTC/WUC/BPC)
• ID/Omang (non citizen to provide permit)
• Either a pay slip OR 3 months bank statement

Corporate: Deposit - P150

Documentation required:

• Form 2
• Certificate of incorporation
• 1 Utility bill (BTC/WUC/ BPC)
• Bank Statement (most recent 3 months)
• Letter requesting an account and stating payment responsibly
• ID/Omang of 2 Directors (work permit for Non-citizen
