Livebox service is currently open in Gaborone area only and available at the following Orange shops : Riverwalk, Main Mall, Game city, Camphill and Sefalana Hyper Store.

Step 1

Eligibility:

Customers have to be in the WIMAX Coverage Area

The premises / office or home in which the Livebox is to be installed must be in Gaborone.

Step 2

Customer Equipment:

You need to have a computer with:

• CD ROM drive: The Orange installation team need a functioning CD ROM drive to be able to install and configure Livebox.
• Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Mac OS X 10.1 or later. To find out what we have go, go to "My Computer" and "view system information". Any version of windows after 98 including XP is fine.
• An Ethernet port OR USB port OR WiFi card - An ethernet port is required for cabled access and a USB port OR WiFi card is required for wireless access.

Step 3

Application/ Attachments to subscribe/ apply for Livebox

The following information needs to be submitted with your application.

For companies/businesses

• Certificate of incorporation
• Utility bill - BTC, BPC
• Three months bank statements (recent)
• Omang/ID of two directors, passport and work permit for non-citizens
• Letter to Orange requesting a Livebox account and stating payment responsibility

For individuals/residential

• Utility bill - BTC, BPC
• Payslip or three months bank statements (recent)
• Omang/ID or passport and work permit for non-citizens
• Letter to Orange requesting a Livebox account and stating payment responsibility. Not necessary for Orange postpaid.

Access to Customer premises - Important note:

The Orange Installation team comes to install the Livebox equipment at your premises. The Installation team will make appointment with you to do this. Usually this appointment will be made no more than 5 working days after your completed application is submitted. Go into an Orange Shop to subcribe.
