Orange Botswana (OBW) is proud to announce an additional help line. The 136 Orange Call Centre line will be dedicated to serving ONLY data customer's country wide. This innovation is meant to improve service delivery at first level by providing specialized support on data services products (Livebox, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Flybox & IEW) and any other data related queries.
The new data helpline has dedicated resources between 0700hrs - 2300hrs 7 days of the week and can be contacted as follows;
