Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for protecting and developing Orange revenue on a portfolio of corporate accounts as well as promoting and selling the whole range of Orange products and services.
The responsibilities include:
A minimum of a degree in marketing and/or sales, minimum of 2 years experience in sales in a Business-to-Business environment, knowledge of the IT/telecommunications industry would be a strong advantage, Proven ability to negotiate and interact with a wide range of persons that can vary from top executives to end-users, Good communication skills (verbal and written, phone and direct contact)
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager and supports the entire corporate post paid sales force. The main purpose of this post is support to the sales staff by providing assistance with office administration as well as telemarketing services. The job also entails providing a positive, productive and healthy interface between all post paid subscribers and all relevant departments involved in providing pre and post sales customer services. The incumbent will be responsible for all forms of office administration work within the Sales section.

The incumbent must have a minimum of a certificate or diploma in business studies. Must have been exposed to a corporate sales environment for at least 1 year, 2 years sales experience in a competitive environment is a must.
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, responsible for meeting required sales targets, maximize Orange's sales and at the same time offer a superior service to Orange's existing and potential customers.
The responsibilities include:
The incumbent must have at least 2-3 years experience in sales, at least two years' experience as sales rep in a high traffic retail shop environment with a similar function, banking experience is a beneficial attribute. Some experience in telecommunications would be preferred but not essential. Extensive experience in service delivery
Reporting to the Retail Manager, primarily to manage the Orange kiosk which operates within the opening hours of the shopping centre within which it is located. Responsible for supervision of all operational and sales aspects of the Orange Kiosk, key being growing the revenue of the kiosk and attracting customers through excellent service.
The responsibilities include:
The incumbent must have at least three (3) years experience in a sales environment and previous experience in managing or directing a team of at least two (2) people and proven leadership skills.
Reporting to the Products and Services /VAS Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for working on the entire product/service life cycle for the Products and Services portfolio.
The responsibilities include;The incumbent must posses a university degree in IT, preferably with 2 to 3 years marketing experience in the mobile telecommunications/ISP business.
Reporting to the Complaints Manager, the role holder will be responsible for monitoring and providing information on weekly & monthly basis on total number of complaints, cancellation requests and provide feedback to relevant units.
The responsibilities include:
The incumbent must have at least Diploma in Business Studies or related course, 2 - 3 years experience in Customer Service, or related operation, Training in GSM industry, Key Account Management.
Reporting to the Procurement & Supply Manger, the incumbent will be responsible for running and implementing the sourcing process for category(ies) and/or commodity(ies) for which he/she is responsible in compliance with group policies (applies for a project in so far as such a project is relative to the category or the commodity in his/her perimeter)

In addition, a minimum of 2 years work experience, the ability to understand the whole process from supplier's supplier to customer's customer, IT skills with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and Interpersonal & negotiation skills, organisation and planning skills.
Reporting to the Procurement & Supply Chain Manger, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and ensuring that goods and services are available in the right place at the right time.

The incumbent must have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in CIPS or any other related field. Also, a minimum of 2 years work experience, the ability to understand the whole process from supplier's supplier to customer's customer, IT skills with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and Interpersonal & negotiation skills, organisation and planning skills.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the incumbent will primarily be responsible to perform profitability analysis on the activities of the company (support the decision making process) and to participate to the budget and reporting process.

The incumbent must be a member of CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, or degree in business administration or economics, 5 years experience in finance & administration, Computer literacy with Microsoft excel, Good Knowledge of accounting principles, Very good skills in performance and economic analysis, Proficiency in oral & written communication - Strong Interpersonal skills, Customer and business oriented and previous experience in ICT industry would be an advantage.
